Return policy: All sales are final!

Once a payment goes through our system, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Gold'n Glam Co. and the buyer.

Goln' Glam Co. is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. However, if your item(s) arrive damaged, you may contact us within 24 hours of the time your package was delivered via USPS.

Due to high volume orders, there may be circumstances where the wrong item was sent by mistake. If this happens, email Gold'n Glam Co. stating your name, order number, and the items you recieved. Our team ensures that we will send your correct package in a timely manner. Your patience means everyting to us!

Package Returns: Gold'n Glam Co. is not responsible for insufficent addresses submitted by the consumer. During check-out, they must type their FULL address. This includes house/apt/unit/etc. If a mistake was made, and the customer has not yet recieved their confirmation email, a customer may contact Gold'n Glam Co. within 12 hours to correct their information. Otherwise, there is no further action that can be done once the order is fully processed.

Our products are made by a cruelty free factory. Handmade accessories are sanitized fully during processing and handling. Gold'n Glam Co. is not responsible for any allergies, injuries, or misconceptions of any kind.
